1. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at our support email with photos of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not require customers to return items. In most cases, a clear photo or video of the issue is sufficient for processing a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
